Our elves gave to us, 5 little chocolates and a snowflake ornament. We love those ornaments, I buy several every year at Target.
The Sixth Day is sitting on our doorstep, they must have come by late last night. I would go see what it is, but our house came wired with a security system. Even when it's not being monitored, it still beeps when someone comes in and out or opens a window. This is a very handy feature to have, except when Hubby leaves at 6am or I want to let the cat in or out at awkward times. I think we have cured him of wandering in and out at all hours. That might be because the weather has gotten a bit colder and it seems more like 'home' to him.
Someone from church was kind enough to call me to invite me to the ward's ladies' Christmas dinner. Unfortunately I wasn't able to go as I was too busy taking care of Hubby. He went to the doctor today and discovered he had an ear infection. Weird..don't know where he got that. But it's nice to be noticed, huh?
