Wow, it has been tough to keep up. Usually because we find the presents right before we go to bed and every morning I get up and go full tilt. Things have been so busy lately. I am glad my shopping is just about over. We did figure out that the doors we bought at IKEA won't work properly and I have to take them back on Monday. So, on the 8th day of Christmas, they brought us 8 fun size Snickers. I told the girls they were meant specifically for me.
Last night we were lucky enough to receive two different kinds of fudge, one is white chocolate with pecans and the other is semisweet rocky road fudge.
I can't tell you all how much this has meant to us. It has been fun to wait and see what we get every night. I am going to be disappointed to open the front door the day after Christmas and there won't be any ribbon wrapped packages. I have to say, whoever is doing it has the best ribbon collection. I don't know what the girls fight over more, the treats or the ribbons.
When the 12 days of Christmas are over, I will be able to start posting pictures of our redone house. The best room has got to be Buttercup's and I can't wait until it's all put together after Christmas. Hubby and I are taking credit for this one. My second favorite room is the eat in dining room. Every thing looks really nice. We switched out our formal dining room because we would never eat there and it would just be wasted space. It's going to be our Wii room! That's the other set of presents we are taking credit for. I can't wait to set it up and start having some fun with the girls. I bought it online 2 months ago and it has just been sitting in the closet. Only a few more days!
