T's Life as a Eunuch

So, T got fixed almost two weeks ago. Since then, his demeanor has changed quite a bit. He came home quite stoned, which eased his transition into the garage. Formerly, he was quite scared of being in there, but he got used to it really quickly, probably because we now have a small couch in there. We did have to put a litter box in there with him, which showed he still couldn't figure out how to use one properly. We were supposed to keep him in there for 5-10 days but by day 4 he was ambushing me when I tried to come into the garage. So, I put him outside and he has done fine since then. He had to stay outside for at least 12 hours to make sure he was cleaner when he came in.
He has become really needy. He follows me around and chats a lot more than he used to. He was very needy this morning. Hubby had a nightmare, which ended when he slightly smacked me while sleeping. I startled awake with a "what?!" and because our window was open my kitty could hear me on the back porch. He started to meow and demand in. It was only 5am and there was no way I was going to let him in, so he could meow even more. He also likes to climb into my lap while I am watching TV on my bed. I pet him until his head falls back and his fangs hang out, which is kind of creepy.
We are headed out of town next weekend and I don't know what kind of state we will find him in when we get back. The mental abuse from being left outside for at least a week and not being able to follow me around might be too much for him! Poor baby.
On a different thought, I usually have no problem avoiding ice cream. We don't usually have it in the house and when we do, I am usually not interested in the flavor. I made a stupid mistake while at Winco this week and bought Breyer's Mint Chocolate chip. It's not the green stuff we grew up with. This is like an inside out frozen, peppermint patty. Yum! It's already gone and it will be another 6 months before I buy that again!
Oh PS! My Shape magazine this month said that 53% of guys lie about their height adding at least 1/2 an inch to it. They do this because they feel it makes them more attractive. So, I guess I wasn't the only one wondering about that lately!

MMmmmm... Breyers. It's the best. Ice cream is not as tempting to me as a lot of other things, but Breyers mint is very, very good.
