We have Dates!

We have some dates ironed out. We go to Texas Children's for her last official chemo injection on the 8th. Then she has a CT scan on the 19th and she gets her port out the next day. She has to get there really early for the CT and have an empty stomach and then the next day too.
Fiona went to the dentist for the first time yesterday. Two summers ago I was feeling guilty because she hadn't been to the dentist yet at the ripe old age of 4. Then it turned out, I wasn't feeling guilty about that, I was feeling guilty about her cough and wanting to get into the doctor. So, we put the dentist on the back burner. She wasn't a big fan of the x-rays. They had to really coerce her into them. Then she was really nervous about the polishing, but realized it more tickled than anything.
THEN! I took her for her first professional haircut ever. I mean professional because the only time her hair had been trimmed was when it was falling out. But her ends were looking awful and I just had to have it done. So, I took her to the kids haircut place. She was delighted that she could play Legos Star Wars on XBox while getting her trim. I have to say, her hair looks much better and is softer.

Oh and Moe has a needle guided biopsy on Thursday and hopefully they can rule out cancer and make us all feel better.

Oh my good gravy. Between those front teeth and that curly hair, I just want to squish her! She's adorable. Here's my e-squish: <<<<>>>>>

What joy to have dates. I'm praying that all goes smoothly and that Moe's procedure puts all the worries to bed.

Dates, how exciting. Is it sinking in yet? She looks adorable. As for the dentist, you had more important matters to attend to.
